Optiflora Live-Arrival Guarantee:
At Optiflora, we take pride in delivering healthy happy plants directly to you. You can rest assured that any time you order a plant/cutting, it will arrive alive and well. If there are ever questions or concerns about plants or cuttings, please reach out and we will be happy to help!
Monstera Cuttings: Cuttings are guaranteed to be healthy upon delivery and ready for your care. If there are any questions or concerns about a cutting, please contact us. Due to their rare and limited nature, No Returns or Replacements on cuttings that die while in your care.
*Exceptions to Live-Arrival Guarantee Policy:
Orders to States with “Extreme” Seasonal Temperatures: Temperatures Lows/Highs far out of the 35F-95F Range (Freezing: AK, MN, WI, ME, NH, MI, ND etc.. in Winter *November-February*) or (Heat: Any State experiencing temperatures over 100F at time of Order and Shipping)
What about Heat Packs?: Heat Packs can help warm plants in transit but they can only do so much and cannot prevent cold damage in temperatures below 30F.
Shipping Policies:
Handling: Most orders ship out within 1-2 Business Days
Shipping to California: Yes! Our greenhouses are licensed to legally ship to California. Each package to CA, will have a Greenhouse Certificate label on the outside.
Shipping Carrier: Orders ship USPS as we have found it is the carrier with the best temperature control for plants while in transit. Larger orders will occasionally ship FedEx.
Delivery: Since most orders ship USPS, many smaller plants/packages will be delivered to mailboxes or parcel lockers rather than directly to your door. Please check your mailbox or parcel locker if you receive a “Delivered Notice”
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up until the order has been shipped. After the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel an order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please make sure the “Ship To” address is correct at checkout. If there is a mistake after completing checkout, simply fill out the “Contact Us” Form or send the address correction to optiflora@optimara.com . **After an order has Shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address and it is the responsibly of the buyer to attempt a “Package Intercept or Redirect” with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided on the order.
Returns: Unfortunately given the perishable nature of house plants, we are unable to accept returns on plants. If your order arrives in bad shape, please contact us for help.
International Shipping: At this time, we are not able to ship any plants or cuttings outside of the United States.
